Exhibition Videos vs Company Videos

You have got your exhibition space booked, stand designed and even collateral ready, so now for the company video you need to dig out of the archives full of dust or the old powerpoint someone did a while back to put up on the screen. If this is the case – you are missing a trick!

So many companies just use what they have, old company presentations on powerpoints full of bullet points and static pictures or the long winded corporate videos that borders on a training tool or looks too outdated. Exhibition videos have a different focus to corporate presentations and videos – they need to attract attention quickly, inspire and make their point quickly!

Here is an example of a good exhibition presentation of a creative marketing agency:

Exhibition presentations need to be dynamic, move and make connections with people graphically. That is why animation is so good at holding the visitors attention. Animations do not not need to be very detailed or expensive either, and generally are more cost effective and do not date as much as company videos.

Here is a copuple examples of a very simple and inexpensive animation, that delivers a clear point;

Animations can serve the purpose of showcasing how their product works – Hullmate needed this video before their product was actually produced, helping them market their product pre-launch. They used this on their website too.

All animations and videos were produced by VU – Creative. If you are interested in any of their services, give me a shout.
